The Dream Team Coordinator will be the backbone of logistics and relational connection, ensuring an excellent experience for those joining the Dream Team, while assisting our pastoral staff in managing details related to their individual serving teams.
Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher sets the vision for the classroom and is responsible for everything that drives the children’s experience, including instructional activities, the classroom environment, assessments, and interventions. The Lead Teacher creates a classroom community that ensures each child feels acknowledged, recognized, respected, and secure and partners with families and colleagues to ensure excellent care and education.
Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher assists the Lead Teacher in implementing lessons designed to simulate growth across all social, emotional, physical, and intellectual developmental domains. Together, they establish routines and structures to support individualized care for children and foster parent relationships.
