Small Groups
LIFE IS BETTER CONNECTED
SMALL GROUPS
Any trip is more fun if you travel with friends, and the same is true of your spiritual journey. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others and only then can we live the full life He intends for us. It is through Small Groups that we experience the close relationships that help us take the next steps in our walk with God.
Sharing life through community is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Small Groups exist—to make these life-changing relationships relevant and accessible to you.

Small Groups Offer People...
A Place to Connect
We were not made to do life alone. God created us for community, and Small Groups provide a place to connect with others, share life, and grow in faith together.
A Place to Protect
It is through life together that our problems become smaller, and God uses others to bring support and encouragement to our lives. Small Groups become a place where others don’t just know your name, but care about what is happening in your life and want to support you in your spiritual journey.
A Place to Grow
We believe every person is created with God-given potential to make a difference in the world. Small Groups are a place you can grow with others to become more like Jesus and reach the potential God has put inside you.

First, give yourself a high five for taking the step to join a Small Group! Here are several easy ways to get connected:
- Find a Small Group that fits your life using our Small Group Registry.
- Visit the Welcome Center at Realife on a Sunday morning and connect with our Small Group Leadership who can help you get started.
- Talk to someone you know who leads a Small Group and ask if their group is open to new members.
At Realife, we use a free-market approach to Small Groups. This means we want people to gather together based on the things they enjoy and are important to them. Essentially, the things you are already doing in your life are the things that can make up your Small Group! This approach creates a vast variety of opportunities and activities from one group to the next. However, every Small Group at Realife will offer you three things.
1. A Place to Connect
We were not made to do life alone. God created us for community, and Small Groups provide a place to connect with others, share life, and grow in faith together.
2. A Place to Protect
It is through life together that our problems become smaller, and God uses others to bring support and encouragement to our lives. Small Groups become a place where others don’t just know your name, but care about what is happening in your life and want to support you in your spiritual journey.
3. A Place to Grow

This might be a sign that God is calling you to start a group! If God’s placed a certain passion or calling within you, He might want you to take a step of faith and launch a Small Group around it. You won’t have to do this alone, though. Your Small Groups team is here to support you every step of the way.
It’s easy to start a new group—and we’re with you every step of the way.
