Do you have the right people in your life?

In the movie, ‘Elvis’, Colonel Tom wanted to be close to Elvis not because he wanted what was best for Elvis but because he wanted what was best for himself.  He convinced Elvis to remove his friends and family from his life so that his career could fly high like a rocket ship. Tom gave Elivs horrible advice. Elvis allowed the wrong person into his life and it had such a negative impact on his life and career.

1 Corinthians 15:33
Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.”

The wrong voices will always eventually lead you to the wrong choices.

The wrong voices hurt our lives but the right voices help our lives. The right voices don’t always tell you what you want to hear but they tell you what you need to hear.

Proverbs 27:6
Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.

The right people will tell you the hard things. But the key is you have to listen to the right voices instead of the wrong voices.

The wrong voices are often disguised and can look like the right voices.

God sent you here today so you could hear that It’s not too late! You’re still alive today because God’s not done with you! You just need to turn your life fully over to God! And then get the right voices in your life that will help you make the right choices.

Proverbs 12:26
The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray.

The right voices will lift you up but the wrong voices will bring you down.

The right voices will inspire you to live for God. The wrong people will influence you to compromise and to sin.

The right voices will lead you towards peace. The wrong voices will lead you to live in fear, worry, and anxiety.

The right voices will help you make wise choices. The wrong voices will help you make foolish choices.

The right voices help you think about your future. The wrong voices have you only focused on the here and now.

The right voices encourage you to pray, worship, go to church, read your bible, tithe, to get water baptized & get into a small group. The wrong voices discourage you in your faith journey.
