Message Description

Jesus didn’t come to decorate the world; He came to illuminate it — bringing light to darkness, life to the dead, and hope to the broken. The world doesn't need more art on a wall; it needs more light in His people. Take a few minutes to watch and be reminded that we are the living church. We are the ones through whom His light shines. We are broken pieces — different shapes, colors, and stories — but when the light of Christ shines through us, together we make something beautiful. A living window through which the world can see Jesus.

John 1:4-5; 9
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.

1 Timothy 6:17-19
Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 18 Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. 19 In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.
